Have you ever wondered how much jail time a BlackBerry assault conviction will get you? Well, if you’ve got priors like Foxy Brown, cracking your BlackBerry over your neighbor’s head should land you in Riker’s Island for about a year.
“I’m not going to give you any more chances,” Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Melissa Jackson told Brown. “I hope you turn your life around and never again have to stand in a court of law.”
Foxy Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was indicted for second and third degree assault, attempted second degree assault, and criminal possession of a weapon.
Foxy didn’t just throw her BlackBerry at her neighbor like other celebrities do at their employees. She really tried to beat the hell out of them with it.
