Fashion model, Coco Rocha, recently revealed to the public that she had struggled with an eating disorder. Last year, weighing only at 108 pounds, Coco was told that she needed to “lose more weight…The look this year is anorexic. We don’t want you to be anorexic, we just want you to look it.” In struggles of trying to look more stick-figured, Coco started to take diuretic pills. But has since vowed to never do something like that ever again after a life-threatening experience. Anyways, it looks like Coco has upgraded to a BlackBerry Curve since the last time we saw her using an 8700c.

You’re quoting, out of context, her speech at the recent CFDA Health and Beauty event. I find it misleading that you are so biased in what you chose to mention. She volunteered to speak at this event on behalf of girls who truly have problems in the industry. She made many good and valid points and yet you’re sensationalizing the one thing that she mentioned regarding herself. This speech wasn’t about her, it was about a very serious issue. Yet in your quest to shock and entertain your readers you obscure the point completely. Spend your time and your words more wisely.
