Paris Hilton Arrested for Drunk Driving Here is a shot of Paris Hilton talking on her BlackBerry as she gets out of a car arriving at her home after being arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

According to her spokesperson, Paris had nothing to eat all day and that one drink that she had at a charity event was enough to take her blood alcohol percentage to 0.08, the lowest amount to be considered legally intoxicated in California.
